With uncertainty in the economy, many people are turning to something they can control: their own physical fitness.
In July, the Wall Street Journal noted that marathons, triatholons, and road races are filling up in record time. The article said people who lose their jobs are putting their extra time, while not looking for work, toward training. As I’ve noted in a previous blog, it’s important to keep up your physical fitness as you’re looking for work. It will help you inside and out.
Many people are improving their performance as they devote more time to training.
The news also suggests that work in fitness instruction will continue to thrive, as has been projected.

I think this is great, what a positive way to deal with a bad situation!
