Is Personal Training for You?

While other industries have been taking hits over the last few years, health and wellness continues to steadily grow and provide a variety of recession-proof jobs. Personal training is one career that definitely fits the bill, and could very well benefit from having people around with extra free time on their hands (exercise = stress relief, after all).

You might already be a gym rat and love giving your friends pointers, and maybe you've even considered personal training as a potential career goal. Anyone can get the necessary certifications and education, but there is a certain type of person that often makes for a more successful trainer than others.

As you begin exploring this great career, find out if you have the personality traits for success -- you're gonna need more than just discipline.
